గ్రాట్యూటీ అంటే ఆ సంస్థకు చేసిన సేవలకుగాను సంస్థ ఉద్యోగికి కొంత మొత్తంలో చెల్లించే డబ్బులే గ్రాట్యూటీ అని పిలుస్తాం.
గ్రాట్యూటీ ఏ పరిశ్రమలకు ఎవరికి వర్తిస్తుంది..?
మనదేశంలో పేమెంట్ మరియుగ్రాట్యూటీ చట్టం అన్ని పరిశ్రమలకు, గనులకు, ఆయిల్ ఫీల్డ్స్, ప్రాంటేషన్, పోర్టులు, రైల్వేలకు వర్తిస్తుంది. వీటికి తోడు ఒక సంస్థలో 10 లేదా అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ మంది ఉద్యోగస్తులు ఉన్నట్లయితే అక్కడ కూడాగ్రాట్యూటీ వర్తిస్తుంది. పేమెంట్ మరియుగ్రాట్యూటీ చట్టం ప్రకారం ఒక ఉద్యోగిగ్రాట్యూటీ పొందాలంటే తాను పనిచేస్తున్న సంస్థలో వరుసగా ఐదేళ్లు పనిచేసి ఉండాలి. అప్పుడైతేనే ఆ ఉద్యోగిగ్రాట్యూటీ పొందేందుకు అర్హత సాధిస్తారు. ఈ చట్టంలోని సెక్షన్ 2A "continuous service"అనే పదంను స్పష్టంగా తెలుపుతుంది. అంటే నిర్విరామంగా ఐదేళ్లు పాటు ఆ ఉద్యోగి ఆ సంస్థలో సేవలు అందించి లేదా పనిచేసి ఉంటేనేగ్రాట్యూటీ పొందేందుకు అర్హులు అవుతారు.
గ్రాట్యూటీ పొందాలంటే కచ్చితంగా నాలుగేళ్ల 8 నెలలు (4 years 8 months) పాటు పనిచేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. అంతేకాదు ఇందులో మీరు కంపెనీ మారే ముందు ఇచ్చే నోటీస్ పీరియడ్ కూడా లెక్కగడతారు.

How to get transcripts from SBTET Telangana / Andhra Pradesh | Diploma in Pharmacy WES Evaluation Process
When you are applying for higher studies in any abroad university, it is mandatory to submit the transcripts of your academics like Diploma, B.tech and Masters.
Now, let'stake a look how to get transcripts of your Diploma OD and Semester mark sheets from State Board Of Technical Education Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.
Usually Transcripts would be submitted to college in form of sets. Let me explain what is set. A set is your transcripts, that are put in one envelope. Usually people put one copy of all semester mark sheets and Original Diploma in one envelope and that is called a set.
Points to be noted before you are reaching out to SBTET board :
- Each semester mark sheet is called as 1 page
- For each page you have to take DD of 100 INR from any nationalized bank. DD can be taken together for all of your transcripts.
- Telangana : Take DD in favor of " SECRETARY, SBTET. TS HYDERABAD "
- Andhra Pradesh: Take DD in favor of " SECRETARY, SBTET. AP, VIJAYAWADA "
Decide how many copies of transcripts you need and take xerox of all the Semester and Original Diploma.
Get threaded envelope cover ( A4 Size) based on your requirement of sets and put one set of documents in each envelope.
Note that transcript is nothing but, once you submit the xerox copies of the Semester mark sheets/ Original diploma whatever you are looking to get transcript, they will verify with respect to the Original mark sheets and put stamp,sign on that and give it back to you in sealed envelop cover so please make sure that the xerox you have taken is clear, I would prefer color xerox.
